Our parties are an instructed class session, so please be prepared to work it!
Feel free to bring your own music to dance to! No need to worry about bringing water with you, we will supply your party with complimentary, cold bottled water.

-15 Minute sexy warm up stretching series
-Plenty of time for learning pole spins, and some floor moves
-Floor routine*
-Lapdance basics*
-5-7 minute cool down stretches
*Optional for 1 hour party, included in 2, and 3 hour parties
