New Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy


We try to be as flexible as possible, however we are a small business & we cannot always accommodate multiple cancellations/rescheduling…

If you have private appointments or are attending a workshop with us…

We can reschedule you ONCE, if given at least 24 hours notice, after that you forfeit that class, and can resume on the next scheduled date.

If you are enrolled in our 8 week session…

We absolutely want you to get all of the classes that you paid for, however it may be virtually impossible to schedule individual make-up classes for everyone who can’t make their scheduled class times. You most certainly are invited to “drop in” to one of the other classes corresponding with your session, or if there is available time, we will run a make-up class once/twice a session, likely to be on a Saturday afternoon. That class will be a “review” type class and may not necessarily correspond with the class you missed. Missed classes must be made up within the 8 weeks of your enrollment unless otherwise approved with your instructor.

Refunds/Credit Policy...

Once your spot in class is reserved, and paid for, there will be no refunds. No exceptions. Your spot has been held for you, and made unavailable to any other student, once paid for. If for any reason you are unsure if pole dancing is for you, please take an Intro. class or drop in before enrolling in an 8 week course.


Have a previous injury?

Please consult your physician before attempting pole dancing, or any other strenuous activity.
